  • Is there a fee to use Mobile Check Deposit?
No, the bank does not charge customers a fee to use Mobile Check Deposit. However, carrier and data charges may still apply.
  • How long does it take for a deposit to post to my account?
The bank manually checks each deposit, this can take a few minutes or an hour. If you deposited the check after banking hours or on a day the bank is not open (Example: 10:00 PM, Sunday, or a Holiday) then your check will be reviewed and deposited on the banks next business day.
  • What do I need to write on the checks endorsement?
Every check you wish to deposit via Mobile Check Deposit will need to have "Deposit Only" and your signature written on the checks endorsement. Failure to do so will result in the deposit being rejected by the bank.
  • How do I know that my check was deposited correctly?
Under Mobile Check Deposit, there is a section called Deposit History. There you can see the status of your deposit. The possible statuses are: Error, Pending, Completed, and Rejected. If the status says Pending, then the bank is still reviewing your deposit. If the status says Completed, then you should see the deposit posted to your account. If the status says Error, then you will need to retry your mobile deposit. If the status says Rejected, then there was something wrong with the deposit. The most common reason a deposit will be rejected is because the customer forgot to write "Deposit Only" and their signature on the checks endorsement.
  • Why was my Mobile Deposit Rejected?
The most common reason a Mobile Check Deposit is rejected is because the customer forgot to write "Deposit Only" and their signature on the checks endorsement.
  • Why did my Mobile Deposit receive an Error?
Most mobile deposits will receive an error for the following reasons. (1) The Mobile Banking App could not clearly see the entire check. Use the four corner guides and make sure your entire check is in the picture and make sure the check is laying flat. (2) The check images are too dark. Make sure you have adequate lighting so that the mobile banking app can clearly see the checks information. (3) The dollar amount on the check and the dollar amount you entered on the mobile banking app do not match. (4) In rare cases, some checks with graphics and images can confuse the Mobile Banking App, preventing it from reading the checks information correctly, resulting in an error.
