If we consent to a request for a withdrawal that is otherwise not permitted you may have to pay a penalty. Early withdrawal of CDs with Terms of 1 Year or less will be subject to a penalty equal to 1 month of interest. Early withdrawal of CDs with Terms great than 1 Year will be subject to a penalty equal to 3 months of interest.
